Please read our return and exchange policy before finalizing your purchase. We guarantee the quality of our products and would love to satisfy you being taking every product back, no questions asked. Unfortunately for sanitary reasons, some products cannot be returned if worn, all items must be unworn and in mint condition that it was received. 

The butt lifters are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged

The slimming creams are non-refundable

If products are damaged upon arrival, it will be exchanged within 15 days of purchase

Wrong items can be exchanged within 15 days if unused

Sizes can be exchanged within 15 days

All exchange products will be inspected and must not be worn/ used, stained, washed, or smell.

Note: buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related to the exchange of your product. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
